Still chuckling at Kjo's posting of the farm round up..I have this mental pic. of us chasing Kathleens& Jewels escape artist cattle who knows where and lots of confusion...LOL!
*Yawn* 'tis early here. 5a.m. and we are about to head out of the door to the Farmers Market. I hope the weather holds out for us this a.m. The market ends at 11 a.m. so and the rain has been starting around noon everyday. I hope to have a very good market day today. I made a fresh batch of salsa a couple of days ago and also some more pepper jelly. I also made 40 bundles of my cheese and hope to sell them all! We have our eyes on an ice machine and we have decided the $$$ we make at the market will go to the purchase. Today I have plain, garlic & herb, blueberry and pineapple walnut, those are my big sellers. I also have lots of my tropical plant babies for sell.
