My garden

Gulfport, MS(Zone 8a)

My grand daughters are making me a web site to put pictures of my flowers. They are not finished yet, but I had to sneak a peek. Some of the photos are not real clear, and a few got chopped in half, but they are working on it. See, if i was 12 or 13, I could do this myself! This is the web site: www.roziesgarden.tripod.com/.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Roz, I can't get it to come up. Might just be me.

Angleton, TX(Zone 9a)

Roz . . . I could not get it to come up either.

Gulfport, MS(Zone 8a)

What I did was type in roziesgarden.tripod.com/. and then the top won't be right, but you will see a Garden Pictures on the lower left hand side as well as Garden Links double click on garden pictures or maybe it is my garden pictures and it should come up. Please remember it is very rough still; i just couldn't wait.

High Desert, CA(Zone 8a)

Roz... all the info is stored in ur computer, which is why u can see it and we can't. verify with ur grand daughters how they registered the url or have they registered it yet? i tried all kinds of ways to pull it up but i can't either. otherwise, go to the page and copy and paste the url, and post it here. hope that will do the trick.

Gulfport, MS(Zone 8a)

Thank you MaVie. One day I am going to take some kind of beginner computer course so I will at least know as much as a 13- year old grand daughter! Appreciate the help.

Roz,
Send the girls over to my house and maybe they can help me with a website. You have out done yourself....the flowers are just beautiful.

Gulfport, MS(Zone 8a)

Glory, they would take a picture; then work on the site and by the time they had the site ready for the picture, the picture would be outdated, so they took another picture and that's why some plants in the same garden looks like they grew down instead of up.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Roz, your gardens are just beautiful and so colorful. I especially like the lake in the background. Would be so nice to sit out in the evening and just look at it all. One of my favorites is the blue flower, I think maybe a salvia. Blue is so hard to come by. Tell the girls that they did a great job.

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

Roz, your website is great. Your girls are doing a super job. Your gardens are lovely.

Kelley,
Roz has done a super job in her yard this year....if there was an award on Daves for most improved she should get it. Roz has worked for a long time now she stays home and takes care of her flowers....guess I'm going to have to go plant shopping over her house soon. :0)

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

It is beautiful Glory. So Roz must have blossomed from all the great encouragement from Dave's. I know I have a renewed interest in doing my best in my little yard seeing all that is out there and all the beautiful yards.

High Desert, CA(Zone 8a)

u're welcome Roz :). made several tries to find the right combination to make that url get to where ur GD's create them to be.

no need to take computer lesson to create a web site. just a matter of knowing and learning the basic html codes to use. here is a nice site to learn them... http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/6658/html.html if u got lots of patience u can create any website u so please to make. good luck to everyone who has patience and time to create a website :)!

Roz, your garden is gorgeous. I just love the calladiums and all the rest of the flowers. You should be very proud of all your hard work.

Roz,

Thank you for sharing your garden with us. It is absolutely beautiful. The girls did a great job. Love the lake/water setting in the back ground. Beautiful!

Gulfport, MS(Zone 8a)

Thank you everybody. Glory is so right - I have certainly learned a lot about gardening this year since I have been on Dave's, and I consider Glory my own private consultant as I call her so much to ask questions about plants. Many of the plants in my garden came from all of y'all, and about half came from Glory. I have certainly enjoyed this year.

Milton, FL(Zone 8a)

Jonesboro, GA(Zone 7b)

Welcome to Dave's Marie - You'll love it here!

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Hi Marie,

My name is Shirley and I know you will have a lot of fun here at Daves. I'm definitely not from the warm and sunny state of Mississippi, but it is warm enough here for me now. I'll just stay in the AC comfort of my home and enjoy looking at the flowers in all the posts. Enjoy.....this is a great place to spend the hot hours of the day, and of course some nites too.
