What do you think??

The picture on left is my "Not Loreley" (so named until I find out the real name.) and right is Jean Pasco. Someone indicated they thought it was Jean Pasco. I think they are different---
If you get a chance to look, I uploaded some of my brug photos on http://community.webshots.com/album/41859217qXvwvm
Enjoy--I do.

Its very similar to either Herzensbrücke or Morgensonne, but doesn`t nessecarely has to be of cause.

Barb, I think the one you called "Not Loreley" looks like a thicker corolla. I might not be seeing right, but to me there is a little difference in the texture and the depth that the orange goes back before blending.

What ever it is, I still like it.

According to the grower, the real name of Not Loreley is Tropical Sunset.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

I think your NOT Loreley is more beautiful! I also think I am moving to your house to enjoy all your brugs up close and personal. I thought for a minute I was at LBJ's website. Too beautiful!! Thanks for all the pictures. Tell me, is your Betty Marshall the typical Betty Marshall? It is so beautiful! and that one I can get my hands on LOL

I just looked again at all your pictures. would you please tell me which pink for you blooms the darkest pink? Which pink is the most floriferous? Which puts out the biggest bloom? And which is your favorite pink? And where oh where did you get Pink Beauty?? Thanks again!

It is still very very pretty!

Kell, Pink Beauty and Butterfly are very intense pinks. Also, Ecuador Pink is still one of my favorite. As soon as my remaining brugs bloom, I will upload pictures of them. Pink Beauty has the largest blooms and it comes from Europe. I do not know the hybridizer. My favorite brugs- Pink Beauty, Butterfly and Ecuador Pink and all three are good strong plants and good bloomers.
As far as I know, my Betty Marshall is typical.

Tig,
They are going to send a replacement but did not indicate when. I also ordered Tropical Sunset with that same order. It will be interesting to see what the one they marked Tropical Sunset turns out to be. It is a much slower grower and after 9 months is still only about 12-18" high.

at least you got taken care of, that's what's important! :)
