i like this one too. actually, eric my favorites seem to be yours, outside of butterfly.
Eric, another of your hybrids with color at robins
lovely!! arlene, did you ever name the versilight peach??
No, tig. i really like it though. kyle's pink is still blooming, 2-3 at a time.
That sure is a dandy. Like the color.
Very pretty.
Nice soft color.
Very nice bloom.
I love the whiskers on that one!SOOO Pretty!
Nice plant.
nice, nice, very nice Arlene....I might be getting one of these from Erics seeds then?? they are growing by leaps and bounds...
Pebble, no telling what you'll get, glad they are growing well.
Very pretty Arlene. . . I really like this one. Did you ever post a picture of Kyle's pink in bloom? Would love to see it.
ok brugman....
I'd love to have a piece of this one, look at those tendrils
tig, i don't have this, i have the other one that was wilting in the 1 o'clock sun, (i meant to give you a piece while you were here and i forgot). the two are similar. robin loves them both.
I sure don't remember one wilting!!! I know this is robins, might be enough to entice me to the swap!
tig, i mean when i took the pic they were wilting, it was 100 in the middle of the day. this is really pretty, don't know which of the yellows i like best, i did get a rooted cutting of the first one to open. in one of these pics from robin's you can see the huge palms, can't remember what kind they are.
Those look like my DXS L, DxS M, DxS R hybrids. Hence, I am assuming that those came from that same cross. Yes, they have aurea in them. Depending on the time of year they can get dark orange or almost white. DxS M and DxS R were the darkest if memory serves me and they all had surprising versicolor looking seedpods, although it was clearly evident they were not pure versicolor seedpods. Calyx was of course not versicolor either on those hybrids. I didn't name those particular hybrids as I thought they were nice, but they needed to be crossed to something a bit more pink...like Butterfly or Rosabelle for instance. I like mixed colors a bit more myself.
Ok what do the letters stand for?
DxS M
DxS L
DxS R
short form challenged here...lol
Dr Seuss x Solid Gold, three different seedlings, just his way of telling them apart without really naming. I believe the cross is right, arlene? eric?
