He did an excellent job. It really looks like a professional did it. It's a very nice looking pond.

Actually he's a carpenter by trade but he laid his first stone wall when he was in the 5th grade. Just for fun. Ya know, there's computer geeks and building geeks. I guess he's the latter - LOL

(Zone 8a)

Vic...you have a gorgeous pond! I wish we had taken more time with ours but we were too anxious but it turned out okay!

I mentioned to DH about reconstructing our pond and he threatened to pack his bag sooo I guess it will have to do for now!

Now I gotta think of some way to redo it! Maybe blow it up!he-he

Very pretty water garden and I know it must be so enjoyable just sitting there. There is alot of stone there so therefore I know the both of you worked really hard. It's beautiful . . . thanks for sharing.

Oh Vic, that is out of this world. I would love to have one like that too. Do the rocks come from your property?

Blum, TX(Zone 8a)

even the simplest pond has much beauty, but so far yours has me wishing for one even more, so nice.

New Albany, MS(Zone 7a)

Dang Vic.

You need to come and visit me for about a week. Have a pond that need you to do for me. How long did it take you to complete that one? Really a nice addition to your garden.

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

Vic, that is absolutely stunning! It is obvious you have a lot of time and sweat equity in there! Mine is far less formal but it is basically for the kids and wild life (kind of the same thing LOL). Thanks so much for the plants!

azsteve....All I did was mix mortar and move rocks - LOL - DH did all the work...It took around 8 weeks working on it part time.
