Well it was bound to happen....I got a virus on my computer at home.....a worm that was attached to a music file.......it didn't destroy my puter but sure made it so I can't use my virus program till I can get it out of the hard drive..so be patient with me and I hope it didn't send it as email to anyone... I HATE HACKERS!!

I got a bug.
If you have Norton or McAfee, you can go to their website and do an online scan that should delete the infected file. This happened to me and the online site fixed it.
Good luck and I also hate people who are mean and ruthless.
I was surprised to realize that my server is virus checking mail. they sent me a notice that i had an infected email and a link so i could safely look at the email!! good luck with it, computer woes are no fun!
something that worked when a virus ate DDs computer was bootdisk.com, recommended by the support people. worked in a heart beat for the kind of problems we had.
I noticed that my email server is doing that too..so I hope none got out to infect others. :-)

Kyle, I had it happen only once and I have quit opening attachments unless I know for sure they are okay. I get a notice from my software and from my server saying that an attachment has been deleted due to ??? virus almost daily and sometimes 3-4 times a day. It sure is a pain in the butt.
Bet you are hot up there at the center today. This is a real stinker. Now the mosquitoes are bad too.
Think we have rooting in the works now on Culebra.
Eclipse, your email server must have failed, else you wouldn't have gotten the virus, right? brain is still on vacation. BTW, think i have something you want, email me when you get straight if you're interested.
knew my brain wasn't working, i guess email scanner wouldn't pick up from a music file, duh.
