The taste of Elderberry Pie is a treat not to be missed. The ripe black berries are easily removed from their stems with a fork or comb. Then prepare the pie filling like you would raspberry or blueberry filling, with tapioca or corn starch, sugar to taste, some lemon juice then pour into a pie shell and bake. Yummmm!
