Well, my nerves are starting to kick in as surgery gets closer. I went to the hospital for more lab work the other day which consisted of xrays, ctscan, and more blood work. I got to meet with the anestiegologist(sp) who gave me a quick once over and took my history. I go for one more ultrasound on Monday, I guess my doctor needs a third look as the cysts. Then the surgery is scheduled for 10:45 wednesday am. I've been searching online for info on laparotomy and oopherectomy and found some pictures of the procedures I don't think that was a good idea, but I want to know what their going to do to me on wed. It looks pretty scarey. I also found a lady who journaled her entire surgery and recovery and found it very helpful, she answered alot of questions that you probaly wouldn't think to ask when you leave the hospital, atleast I wouldn't!!!
Today I'm just trying to get everything squared away here at the house so my dh can just help take of me when I get home. He's more scared and nervous than I am!!! Boys can be such babies and thats exactly what he is a 40 year old baby!!! Lol
Well thanks for listening to me, I'm just nervous and restless as the day is getting closer and it helps to talk about it, but it's kind of hard to type because my palms and sweating. I have to work on mon and tues. I have no idea how I'm going to stay focused on anything!!!!
