Thanks CC. I guess I won't need the flashlight. Easy enough to understand when it's that clear.

Oh wow, now I'll know what to look for....I'm going to go right outside now and check it out

Clear as a bell CC- once you see them, you remember them. Thanks

CC, Don't see uneven leaves. Can you tell me if 10-52-10 is ok to use once a week. Do I use plain water in between? Also I have 1 Dawrf Datura and it has already had one bloom and has 5 more buds. I want to save the seeds for RR, so is it best to save the seeds from the first bloom?? You can tell this is my first time growing brugs. In the regular flower bed I deadhead everyday, but not sure about the brugs.

Speaking of dwarf datura... I guess I waited too long to put them in the ground, cause one of the lavendrrs I had in a pellet pot ,was 3" tall ,had the tiniest bloom and...would you believe produced a pod about the size of a peppercorn.such strange things things go on in a garden. don't know what it will do now that it is in the ground.????

CC . . that is very interesting. Thanks for posting this and I will definitely be watching for the uneven leaf growth.

lizh, I use 20-20-20 for my regular waterings at least twice a week and sometimes more. Once a month I will use a bloom booster (that is what you have). I fertilize my Datura about the same way. As for the seed pod on datura, I don't know that it would matter. I need to do what you do and dead head the datura. I have one that has tiny lavendar flowers and it is loaded with pods again. Everything grew so well this year that some things are hard to get to. That datura is burried in a bed with lots of taller stuff, so it will be fun trying to get to it. Oh yes, regular water is fine in between fertilizing. I think that different parts of the country have different needs for watering and fertilizing, so maybe someone from your area can better tell you what works best in NC. Good Luck.

Thanks so much Brugie. I wrote it all down, started a new note book for Brugs.
