My first bloom after 2 years. It was full of buds last fall when I moved it inside just before 1st. frost. Of course, with my luck, all the buds then fell off one by one. Rather weird looking at first when it was just a wad of greenish-yellow body parts, but I kinda like it now.

Jean, very cool bloom. Mine should open its first bloom tomorrow or the next day. I've heard that they are quite fragrant. Have you noticed?
Thanks Shirley! Seems it took about 3 days before it was fully open and now after 4 days open, it is starting to brown along the edges. I found the fragrance very soft, sorta like a baby powder freshness. Hope you will post a pic of yours.

I find the brug blooms very sad when they brown and hang down all dejected and rotting! like I am doing since I hit 50..................
