My double white seems as confused as I get at times!

It has now had 4 different types of blooms on it. Anyone know what its name is? Here is the first bloom it had that I had posted last week.

And now I am attempting to post 2 pictures (God help us all) of different angles of the most recent bloom.

I have seen where they have 2 different types but 4???

Wow, I wonder what happened to this one. The first bloom you posted the other day looked pretty good. These two look like they got mixed up with the Shredded White. Very strange what these plants can do. Last year my double white was brown in the center of the blooms. Not a pretty sight. Be interesting to hear what Monika, Kyle, or Eric have to say about this one.

Shirley, could you download my bigger picture? I could not get the bigger picture to open at all on either of my postings on this one. I do not know if Dave's site does not like my double picture. Too big?
Sorry to all of you but I do not know how to learn about doing these pictures without posting them on here. Preview will not let me see the bigger picture without actuallly posting it.

Anyway, Shirley it was you that said it looked like it had some shredded white in it on the first bloom, and you may be correct. The first bloom was beautiful and I had several that looked just like it. Then I had some that looked like a stuffed double white in varying degrees and then this one is very loosey goosey.

Kell, unless you make a collage' of pictures, you can only post one picture to a thread. Just won't do it for you otherwise. Send me a picture of a bud a couple of days before opening. That might tell part of the story.

Kell,
I agree with Shirley....this flower looks like it came from a deformed bud. My Mom has an Insignis Pink that has one branch that puts on deformed bud....every bud on that branch was short and very fat.

Kell, I had a double white that had blooms where the inside was stuffed up, some dropped down a bit and some where single. Eventually as the season wore on they all decided to stay wadded up inside.

kell.... I had a lot of buds get deformed by the heat its been in the 90's almost every day and when its not 90 its high 80's if its been real hot there that could be it
