I love these dainty blooms even though they are usually gone by noon.

Tim, I just thought of something(I know, I shouldnt do that) My passiflora that is pictured above came with a tag from the Liner Farm that said "passiflora Foetide" wonder if that's different from Foetida?

Palmyra, VA(Zone 7a)

Susie,

Could be a mistake in spelling foetida. Here's what John Vanderplank wrote on Passiflora foetida.

'P. foetida has over 50 named varieties, 16 very similar species, some with only slightly different leaves, and 41 common names.'

Passion Flowers, 3rd Ed. John Vanderplank. The MIT Press.

Great book!!

Oh love it so pretty.

Calalily that is beautiful. Passiflora's are my weakness. Just wish I could get more of them to grow like my p. coccinea. It come's back with a vengance every year. I also have p. coriacea and it struggles back each spring but has never taken off, while my p. caerulea has never survived the winter. I have just been lucky enough so far, to have one cutting take, each year to replace it with.

Susuie,
I believe Erin ordered it from there two years ago.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Cajunace, is your coccinea a "real" coccinea(has leaves that aren't lobed)? I would love a rooted cutting of it if you want to do a trade for one of mine. I have some Purple Haze that I think you would like and it's pretty tough.
Tim, thanks I'll go order it.
