Another shot of Clematis "Gypsy Queen"

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Isn't it pretty? It's been blooming for a while now. Usually the squirrels climb the trellis, or the cats do and break it.

Clematis is one of my favorite vines. This one is very pretty.

Cool clematis, and your trellis must be very hardy as you have a hanging pot on it, clever idea. I will have to try that too. I just discovered clematises last year, and have collected quite a few, now I have to figure out where to put them all....

Pebble
An old man made this for me. It's made out of 1 pressure treated 2 X 4 that's slit lengthwize leaving 2 feet at the end not split. It's then prized apart and the cross pieces are screwed in. I've had it for over 10 years. Sometimes I hang 2 baskets on it, even have hung the 12" ones. It's a tough trellis.

Wow Calla, very sturdy indeed, and must look so neat with hanging baskets on both sides.

(Zone 5a)

lovely, I think I have this one. I am just waiting for it to bloom.

Thanks for sharing the picture. I have this one on order, and I chose it, just from the description, very pretty!
