This plant (epiphyllum oxypetalum, I think) has grown this stalk, very tall, taller than I am. It now has a bud on the lower parts of the plant too, and will bloom again soon. It is very root bound and seems to like it. I feed it a little orchid food from time to time. It is in full afternoon sun, and the other day a few leaves got burned a bit when we had an unusually hot day. This plant amazes me for some reason; very "weird" plant! :) You were all very helpful back in late Feb. when I needed info about it. Thanks!!
Night Blooming Cereus
Did it bloom? Did you get a picture? I have a bud on mine and was wondering, how long it took to bloom after the bud started to grow. I'm on a bud watch and I'm curious> Thanks, Lou
That's a twin to mine, where is the bud? I will keep watching. I have cut the 6' tall shoot after it toppled my pot.
