I love this Iris, as much as I love the Bearded Iris. These are so much stronger against the wind and rain. Very nice shot shows all it's beauty.

I'm liking the sibs more than the bearded too. They are much easier to grow. This Sunday is the open garden day at Eartheart and the Currier McEwen garden. I can't wait =] Weather is supposed to be lousy but I'm going anyway. I'll wonder through with my umbrella if I have to.

In Hamilton Ontario they have an Iris festival and one of these years I'm going to make it there.
