Does anyone know of a fairly short, summer-blooming plant that can stand about 2 inches of water all the time? I need some color at the front of my bog garden

I will try to help......Forget me nots will grow in a bog, but I don't know about that deep in the water. Water poppy might work.Bog lily,spider lily, arrowhead- has little white flowers all summer.
