Can someone help me with this: My Cannon BJC-2000 will not print with yellow ink. I have cleaned it like the book says(up to 5 times), put two new ink cartridges in the thing and still when I do the test print, I'm not getting yellow ink. This makes for some pretty ugly pictures. Thanks.
