Herbstein, Germany(Zone 5a)

The color of the picture is not very good, but it gives you an idea, how they bloomed in the last weeks.

Monika....That is such a very pretty site...Thanks for sharing it with us.

Beautiful. Ours are almost all finished. Now it's dead heading time.

Herbstein, Germany(Zone 5a)

Thats the trouble; a flower explosion for several weeks and nothing afterwards. But I would not want to miss the Rhodo corner.

Saint Petersburg, FL(Zone 9b)

I think its well worth the wait

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

Outstanding colour! And who is the master cat? Looks like he owns the place ~~

Herbstein, Germany(Zone 5a)

Thats Peter, our grampa. A 12 year old Norwegian Forest Cat.
He follows us whereever we go. Was a house cat all his life, loves watching the mice running back and forth.

Monika- that is so beautiful! I didn't know rhododendrons were hardy to zone 5. I bet you can't wait to see the blooms.

Your cat is a cutie.

I overlooked Peter (its name) completely. At the moment, he doesnt want to go outside even though its a norwegian forest cat and should be well adapted to the winter.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Beautiful picture. I'm feeling the need to be adopted by a German lady by the name of Monika. LOL!! Well, we could be sisters maybe........wouldn't it just be wonderful to walk through all the gardens on this property? My drool is getting my shirt wet.

Bodrum, Turkey(Zone 10a)

Kell, he has the same expression on his face as Peter. They xould be brothers. I just hope, Nicklas is not so greedy with food as my ' boss' LOL!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Poor Nick is our oldest and he wanted to be an only child Monika. But we adopted 3 more after him, LOL..........he has no chance to be greedy with his food.

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

How I would love to frame that! Great photo!

Herbstein, Germany(Zone 5a)

Peter has competition too - Fritzchen. He is happy, when Fritzchen eats his unwanted food, because he hopes to get a better tasting food, when his bowl is empty.

Brugvalley, Germany(Zone 7b)

Monika, drive to Alsfeld and buy Hamburgers...........lol

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Makes me thing of our dog Squirt. She has her own recliner. Every time my MIL comes to visit, she sits in Squirts chair and can't figure out why the dog wants to be in her lap. My MIL does not like animals at all. Guess she will learn sometime that around here, Squirt is top dog.

Brugvalley, Germany(Zone 7b)

Shirley, is MIL a new brug or Mother in Law...........

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)
