I had found a recipe for Welsh oatcakes somewhere on this forum last fall and lost it. anyone have a recipe? Its a thin oatmealy batter and poured onto a griddle like a thin pancake. Then you put cheese and/or sausage on it and fold over. Oh please, anyone???? Maybe was in a cookbook someone posted.
