I think this the final day for the Maya....sure is pretty...notice the white and peachy colors together. I do believe this one is a keeper.
Maya day 3
Oh Glory, that is definately a keeper. It's very very pretty...
Tonny,
Yes, it blooms a lot like the Versicolor. I wonder if it will ever get much taller?
what a beauty!!! is that in a five gallon pot??
Glory, It's beautiful. Definitely one to keep.
I'm hoping that the one I have is the same. Your picture is very pretty and I'm like you......the peach and white together is very showy. The foliage on mine looks just like this, so I'm crossing my fingers.
Glory, do you like this one better than P&C? i really really like it. forgot to tell you jesse noel opened and she is gorgeous!!!! kyle's pink too, is light pink tonight, will find out tomorrow how pink it goes. anyone seen it?

That sure is a beauty. Baby Maya is doing great. Will post a picture of her soon as I can get the computer to read from the digital camera. A real beauty even without any buds yet.
The Maya I have had growing for 2 years in the ground in zone 8a does not get a lot of hiegth. It would make a great patio plant. It stayed about 3 feet tall and spreads out. Slow to comeback after winter freeze.
Beautiful Glory . . the different shades of color make this one very pleasing to look at. This is definitely a keeper even though it may not get as large as others.
Arlene,
Peaches and Cream is a larger flower then Maya. I really don't have any trouble growing the P&C but I do have trouble rooting it some times. I'll post a picture of it for you.
