My Isabella

Angleton, TX(Zone 9a)

She is so pretty and my first Isabella. I thought the blooms would be a light pink but they are dark. Maybe it's the heat here in Texas. Or maybe they are suppose to be dark pink. All you experts will have to let me know.

She's pretty, eric calls the color "watermelon". the seed pods are distinct, rather short and flat.

Frannie,
It's so pretty....keep up the good work!!!

Angleton, TX(Zone 9a)

Arlene . . . that's exactly the color "watermelon" - Eric is right in calling it that. Now I want to see those seedpods LOL . . maybe a little later!

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Yep, the pods are completely different from FP. Very pretty plant.

Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

Bodrum, Turkey(Zone 10a)

It is a beauty.

Its very beautiful and when looking at the picture I can understand, why Brugman call it watermelon colored lol Is it pure suaveolens or ... ? Cala, do you have a pict. of the fruits?

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

tony, it is short and flat. distinctive. if you look under my posts the one that says pink with seed pod or something.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Very nice. Do you have her in the sun, shade or partial? I put mine in a pot so I can put her in the best place. Nice color on this one. :-)

Is anyone having trouble with the site being slow tonight? I don't know how much longer I can stick around at the rate things are moving right now. Hate to get behind in reading the posts.

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

It's real slow Shirley.

Angleton, TX(Zone 9a)

Brugie, this one is in morning and noon shade but afternoon sun. It is still in a pot. After it finishes bloom, I am going to put it in the garden area.

Arlene, I am going to go looking for your post to see what the seedpod looks like. You have me curious now.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Looks really good for getting that hot afternoon sun.

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

ok, Tonny and BrugNanny, here is the link. i swear, underfertilized flowers don't have as good a color to them as you can see from this pic from last fall.

Thanks Arlene for the link. I could see the seedpod and it is short - - could not see the flatness but that would be difficult to see in a picture.

Thanks Arlene lol I went through all your posts yesterday night lol must have been tired t overlook this one :-)

Tonny, i am sorry, was in a hurry, should have posted it to start.
