Light for Variegata Brugs?

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

I know that HG and some others need to be in a shady spot but how about P&C and suaveolens Variegata? Do these two do better in full sun or a shady location?

Snow,
I believe that just depends where you live. I have my Maya in morning sun and afternoon shade....Peaches and Cream gets some afternoon sun.....V.White gets afternoon shade.

Snow, at robin's the other day she has P&C that has a stalk coming up with the leaves like on Calas, not much green. her's is planted in mostly full sun, it looked good. i took a pic but didn't post, it's a lot like Calas. she has another labeled P&C in a large pot that wilts a lot, she put in pretty good shade, but it's been in that pot for over a year. it you soil holds moisture pretty well you should be able to plant in a lot of sun. i have probably 25+ that get sun all day til late afternoon.

Thanks Glory and Arlene. I have the perfect spot for it.

Snow, I have my suaveolens variegata, P&C, and Maya? in full sun. Of course they aren't big plants yet, but seem to be doing well. So is the shredded white. It has several buds on it now. Noticed that the bloom on Suess didn't last very long in the heat though. I may have to change the way I do things next year. Just hate to put everything so far away from the house to get the shade.
