It is a nice one, i really think it may be janet reno's sister. it's a good 6 foot, little more.

That one definitly came out of my Dr.Sues crosses for sure. I won't swear to it being Dr.Sues x Frosty pink, but if memory serves me that is where I saw those tendrils from. I grew many more Dr.Sues x Frosty pinks to flowering than my Frosty pink x Dr.Sues. Here is where notes would have come in handy. Eclipse is very right about taking at least sketches of the different variations in flower and seedpods between siblings. Just another reminder of that fact.
My Frosty Pink x Dr.Sues crosses were all to the far right while DR.Sues x Frosty pink were to the left of Dr.Sues x Ecuador pink crosses. Perhaps I should have placed them closer together. Heck, I know I should have as then I could have viewed them better.

i think we got dr s X EP in one batch and drs X FP in another batch. that's why looking at them i said i thought they might be janet reno's sis....

Arlene, thanks for bringing up a picture of one of my seedlings. Dr.Sues x Ecuador pink was definitly my favorite cross that year. Of course if I had Janet Reno bloom in my yard then who knows what my favorit would be. The above cross was just too light and too yellow for my taste. Not enough flare either. Although, many may like the look of long downward pointing tendrils, its just not my cup of tea. I lean a bit towards the aurea/versicolor side, but I must confess a bit of suaveolens in the mix makes it perfect. Maybe I'm just a bit confused.

brugman, this was middle of the day wilt, they tip up very nicely at night.

Well Eric, I can't draw, so I guess my records will have to be pictures on film or no pictures at all. You wouldn't want to see how much better my class of 4 year olds could draw than I could. :-)
