Alley has begun

Only a couple more plants to be put in the ground and then I'll need to mulch it. Maybe put some annuals in between the Brugs. Sunray and versi Peach found their way out to the barrels in our driveway for all to see driving by the house.Now to wait for the Brugs to grow and fill in the alley.

I love the alley, but am also interested in the tree on the right with the purple blooms. What is it? Looks so cool.
