Species or who?

I hate to beat a dead horse but if this is not Species then what is it? I rececived it from Vicki about 5 years ago and it was marked Species. I wonder where can we go to get a true ID on it.

Beat that horse, Glory!!! a new horse that isn't pink or yellow. it sure is gorgeous.
