I am looking for something like this to form a border for a flower bed. Our temperatures can get down to 20 below and I want something that will survive.
Do you think this will work?
Is there a plant that is similar that is a darker green (not blue)?

It's supposed to be hardy in your area, but if you want green...maybe a dwarf pennisetum would work? I'm not sure how hardy they are though.
