Hello,
I am doing a research paper regarding this species. I am looking for additional information regarding natural habitat. Does this plant cohabitat easily with other plants? Besides the physical apeasing apect, does this plant have any other uses. My paper is due early next week. Thank you for any help given.

Not sure about what it does in it's natural habitat, but you can find info on that by doing a Google search.

But it does grow well here in my garden with other ferns nearby and also some columbine and sometimes hosta.

It supposedly got it's name (Christmas Fern) in the past because it was easily used for Christmad decoration since it's fronds are evergreen and so they were available for use (green) even in late December (stays green all winter actually).
