This is the same plant on the 5th of April 2002. The foliage grows quite thick, and is a beautiful lush green colour.

Family: Hydrangeaceae

I bought a climbing hydrangea in and for the south of Sweden (Temperature late April to late September can be anything between 10+ and 30+ celsius(frost at night can be around until middle of May)

Between late September and late April it's approx 2+ - 15+
(can drop to way below freezing point between November and beginning of April)

Can anyone tell me about this plant, and how I should care for it. I am a beginner! I planted it by my front wall which is wood. I have two long climbing plastic wires for it to climb up. The wiring is manfactured especially for climbing plants.

If anyone can advise me with more information and care advice I'd be grateful

we planted climbing hydrangeas three years ago. A neighbor of ours said to plant them beyond the eaves of our house. They have nothing to cling to to start the climbing process and therefore they are just spreading over the ground. I believe that they are too far away from the house to catch on to the wall. Here is my question...
Can we dig them up and replant them nearer to the wall without killing them? I'm desperate for an answer.
