Different damage view of Spider mites. Only the sprout top is left.

I had them in 1999 on my x insignis in the GH ... entire top laves was covered with this veawed silk with almost invisible spidermites in it. I realized a little late, what it was, but eventually I got them sprayed and saved the plants :-) Good thing is, - once you have had an attack by spidermites, you will a´lways know what to look for and take them down in time, before they damage your plants too much lol

Thanks for sharing your pictures, Monika :-)

BAD BAD BUGS! They are creepy too!

Some hybrids seems to be more prone to spider mites than others.

Monika, can you give examples of types very susceptible to spidermites and species/hybrids somewhat resísten?

This is possible.
