Got the first bloom tonight. It smells so good and is so pretty. A lemon scent. One of my sons said it smelled like dish detergent. LOL

Mine have buds on it but they aren't open yet. Anxiously waiting!!

The picture turned out bluer than it really was. I took it three different times and they all were that blue so I said what the hey.

Angleton, TX(Zone 9a)

It is really pretty and I am glad it has a nice fragrance. Mine are are getting big and are very healthy looking, but no buds yet. Now I know what I have to look forward to.

I think I'm going to dig mine up and put them in big pots. They aren't growing in the ground, probably due to the cold weather. I could keep them in the greenhouse in pots and maybe see something happen. That bloom is too pretty to miss out on.

OOOOoooo so beautiful.

Coal Center, PA(Zone 6a)

My daturas are very slow due to cold temps. We have had a rough spring here.
Brugs bloomed in the greenhouse all winter. Lost foliage and went dormant in April ????
All are sticks right now.
Thanks for your photo. Very pretty! I am looking forward to mine blooming (o:

Has anyone gotten brave enough to try rooting cuttings from one of these yet? Maybe layering would work. I am STILL steamed at the PO for killing mine!

Ms Batt I haven't thought about that but it will be done today. Sorry you lost yours.
Thanks everyone for the comments.
