Made another 'container' for our tomatoes yesterday

Hughesville, MO(Zone 5a)

I wanted to plant the tomatoes along the west side of the birdyard this year but that area use to be a gravel drive. I've remove lots of large base rock, dozens of smaller rocks, gravel by the bucketsful, compost and fertilizer,
etc. for 4 years now. This time I decided to make walls of the mobile home skirting a neighbor gave us last year. I cut out the perferated midsection with a utility knife leaving me with about 7" high walls. I put some against the chicken wire lined chainlink and made stakes from scrape lumber(lathes?)a friend dumped on us. The ends are rubber hog water pans filled with
soil and various plants. I laid a bottom layer of rotted silage, spread some 6-24-24 + epsom salts, a middle layer of 3 year old stable cleanings, more 6-24-24, then a top layer of rotted silage. The spade roughly mixed it all then I planted 8 Roma tomatoes, 6 Straight 8 cukes, and 3 Italian Large Leaf Basil in this 7"D X 13"W X 23'L bed. It was beginning to rain as I was doing the last of the filling and the stirring. I planted in the rain but it was worth it. The plants look great this morning. I, however, looked and feel terrible!
