raising the roof

This is Lavender Lady passiflora. It's to the roof of my green house and still going. It's loaded with new flowers every day.

Very pretty Cala. Just got most of mine planted outside today. Whew!! Wish I could do the greenhouse thing, but too hot here and mine is so small that I don't think it would be cost effective to purchase an automatic fan. You grow them and post the pictures and I'll just dream. Love them all.........

The ceilings in my Jungle house are at least 10 feet tall in the center. I want the vines to climb up and across the top to shade it a bit in the summer. Plus I want it to look like a Jungle.

Looks like that one is one the way to doing what you want it to.......

What do you guys grow yours up?I want to move mine outside, but not sure if I should use bamboo,string,etc....How big of pots do you keep them in?

Cala, I think Incense should accomplish that. I have never seen a vine grow so fast while producing so many huge blooms.

Aimee, Incense has new growth already. It should fit right in. I have a caerulea Alba that's blooming like crazy too. Purple Haze is starting to climb and bloom. I also have jasmines, bow tie vine, mandevilla and pandorea in this house.

I want a jungle house!

Aimee, they aren't hard to build. This is just bows with 6 ft sidewalls. The ends are framed with metal studs and has green house plastic for covering. The purlins are not all the same because when we got to this one, we used some scrap material. We got the small gas heater used. My doors are plywood, but someone is giving me 2 large double walled glass doors. Woopee, I'm happy about that.
