I love this because it makes 2. And it is EASY!!!!!
2 graham cracker crusts . save lids.(store bought)
8 oz. cream cheese. room temp
6 oz frozen lemonade
14 oz can *sweeten condensed milk*
8 oz cool whip
21 oz can blueberry pie filling
IN LARGE BOWL!!!!!!!!Beat cream cheese with electric mixer till smooth. Add frozen lemonade, Beat till smooth. add Sweetened milk. Scrape can out well........ Mix till smooth. Fold in cool whip. Then. by hand. add blueberry pie filling...Pie will be blue!
Divide into 2 shells. Cover . Freeze one for later.....Chill other in fridge 3 hours. Enjoy!!!!!! Please let me know what you think. Its thee best. So quick and easy. So good....MiMi
