I really don't know....I kept mine in the greenhouse over winter....maybe I'll get brave and plant one outside and see if it returns next spring.

I still have that same bougainvillea. A friend in Florida
brought it up to me. The first year, it bloomed some, last year it was a rusty brown pink, think it was not hot enough for it, never got past 90 last summer, will hang it out again and hope it blooms the right color.

That is what they are like in every window in Hawaii.

WOW.. love that fuschia colors!! I have them in my garden but they are in pot. They are blooming now. After house build, I am going to plant them into the ground.. One that I have is in ground with pot. they keep coming back.
