Voice Recognition Programs

I would like to know if there is someone here that could recommend a good voice recognition program. I would like to write a book but since I can't type very well I would like to have a program that would help me do this. I know that there are different types of programs out there but choosing the right program is a must, so I would like to talk to someone who has had some experience or knowledge about these programs.
