Fuchsia for CC

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

CC, here is the fuchsia I sent to you. It's an upright and is a tough little plant. It's easier than Gartenmeister, which is also an easy one. They seem to tolerate our hot humid summers much better than the large flowered double ones. I know you don't have a problem with heat and humidity like we do, but thought you would like it. It's also easy to keep over the winter.(meaning I didn't kill it this past winter)

I love it Calla! Can I put it straight in the ground(if it ever get warm?) or should I keep it in a container? Is it upright ? Not hanging? Its doing well in the house so far.

CC, it does great in the ground or in a container. It's an upright. I use them in my partly shaded containers, but I bet as far north as you are it can take lots of sun. It's easy to keep in the house too, or in a cool green house in the winter.

Is this the kind that they use to make little trees out of?

Yes, this is the kind.
