A touch of springtime.

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

Just thought I'd add a touch of springtime to the forum since it doesn't seem we are going to get a real spring for awhile. I just hope by the time I can plant them outside they all won't be done blooming for the year.

Dang,I'm soooo jealous!!!!

Very pretty Terry, and I'm sure they will bloom more for you outside. I'm like CC,,,,,,,,JEALOUS!! Suess is loaded with buds, but it is still going to be a while. Besides, I want to see some of the new ones bloom. I know what Suess looks like already...........Enjoy them, you have worked hard for every one of those blooms.

Beautiful, SH, it looks even more like summer! I am hoping, that this warm spell here will hold on. But DH and I have a hard time, getting used to such a drastic change in the weather.

That is sooo pretty - thanks

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

I'm very jealous! it's cold here, and I don't have the first bud on anything! Guess I'm not holding my mouth just right!

Bodrum, Turkey(Zone 10a)

I too am jealous....But glad that someone has blooms...

its like summer here and I'm budless the pink looks great againest the sky

I think the only summer I'm going to see here is if I go sit in the GH. It was 20 degrees this morning when DH got up and it's only 38 right now so it will be another real cold night.Getting real disgusted with this weather. DH tilled up more of the yard tonight to make more room for the Brugs but the way the weather is they may be doomed to spend their lives in the GH.

Snowhermit, so beautiful. I drug more into the green house tonight too. It's chilly outside right now. Thanks for sharing a bit of spring with us.

Cala, are you getting frost???/

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

We had a light frost in the valley this morning. It's weird, a plant here and there at the green house was damaged. My brugs were in the green house, snug and warm with the heater on!!! (except for the hundred or so in the ground). It was 43 here and 3 miles away at the garden center it was 30.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Wow Cala, that is colder than it was in Iowa last night. Tonight will be our last cold one at about 40. Tomorrow night's low will be 52 or somewhere around that. I think, knock on wood, that spring might actually be here now. My Culebra even has a bud on it and it is only about 8 inches tall. Will have to do some heavy bending to take a whiff of that one. :-) Thanks Arlene for sharing your baby with me.

Brugie, tomorrow night is supposed to be our last cold night. It was 21 on Mt. LeConte last night. That's the highest peak in the Smoky Mtns. which aren't far from here.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Gosh, I don't think I could have taken much more of the cold. Usually way before now, I would be just sitting on the deck and watching things grow. Just got a good start planting today. Hope the weather shapes up for everyone. This is going to make for a short summer unless fall hangs in there for a longer than usual time. (weatherwise)

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

Those are just beautiful! Absolutely love the pink. :)

Jonesboro, GA(Zone 7b)

They truly are beautiful. I am excited too, just this morning I discoverd my first bud - it is on one labled "pink' from Arlene and only about 2 ft tall!!

Franktown, CO(Zone 5a)

We are expecting frost again tonight, but hopefully no more!! I have no buds on anything..waaaaa

Looking great Snow. Sure hope you get some warm weather soon. It's been a strange Spring everywhere. I've had most of my brugs outside for a while, they're growing but not fast enough for may liking. They definitely are doing better in the GH.
