Seed Pods

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

I guess my first try at pollinating worked. These are some of the pods on the SG plant. They are pollinated with EP and Isabella.Keeping my fingers crossed they will keep growing. Also have several on the Isabella plant that I pollinated with EP and SG.

Snow, congrats!!! It is sure some fine, large fruits there and when they have made it so far, they will also make it the rest of the way *lol* it is here the hard part begins *lol* ... because it is hard not to sneak-peak into the fruits to see, if the seeds is about to be mature *lol* *lol* it is here, that Cala comes into the picture ... she know, what to do to seal the fruits again ... new skin, I think it is. I am sure goiung to need to know, what stuff she uses, when the plants are fruiting here ... I have only had arborea seedpods, so I would probably be knocked totally over by ... even ... a Frosty Pink pod *lol*

Snow, I will have to come visit you and show you how to take a peek without hurting the pods!! Y'all would be so proud of me, I've let a dozen or more pods mature completely. No holes in them. One versicolor even has a yellow pencuncle and the pod is yellow too!!
Good Job Snow, they look great.

Snow, where are you going to put all those brugs next year. You'll need another GH for sure. Plants look great and so do the pods.

Thanks everyone. Kyle,I have each pod marked with the cross on those tags you see in the picture attached to each pod.
Cala, I'll have to get some nu skin and have ya teach me how to peek. LOL
Brugcrazy, if all goes well with the pods I certainly can't keep them all. This was just the beginning of my pollinating adventure. When they mature I'll be happy to share them with whoever might want some. Got brave tonight and pollinated the versi Alba flower with SG.The Alba has more buds that will be opening but the only other two that have flowers at the same time are Insignis Pink and Isabella so they will have to do.

Snow, thanx for posting the photo.
I'm new to Brugs and I've go some seeds that very good friends from this Forum had share with me.
Can you post future photos showing how these pods go on just to learn if they change colours or what to expect as they mature, any care they may need to get viable seeds?cristina.

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

I'm still learning too Cristina so we'll learn together. LOL
I'll post some more pics when they grow bigger. There is several here that have lots of experience with seed pods and I'm sure I will be asking lots of questions.
