Pink spoon daisy

Mollybee has been looking for osteospermum.

i accidentally ran across this one @ Home Depot by accident. it was well hidden amongst the tropical plants. the supplier Rocket Farm of Salinas, Ca. called this MUM [Chrysanthemum] their phone # [831] 449-3440. i do not know if they have a website.

u're welcome Molly :D! i am not really sure if this is the spoon shaped daisy or osterpermum. regardless, it looks like one. i am happy i got it. soon as it finished flowering i will try my luck in propagating. good luck on ur quest. $3.88 is not too bad of an investment. the only thing is, there are no variety to choose from.

Wow!! Very pretty. By cutting it back now, won't it bloom again this fall with more buds? That is what we do in Iowa, but of course, the temps are different here. Great picture MVR.

Brugie, even if i cut off the spent flowers, i noticed there are lots of buds underneath. i guess i have to wait till the finished blooming before i can try propagating. thanks, it's not me it the camera that did justice to the plant. :)!
