This rock was on our property when we bought it and served well as the base for our small waterfall for two years. When I dismantled the waterfall Saturday, though, I again noticed how cool a stone it is; I couldn't bear for it to be buried again, so I put it upright at the rear of our pond. I can't wait to see how everything looks with the salvia and physostegia blooming behind it.
The stone to its right was one of many given to us by my step-cousin, and I was so happy to see the angle repeated in its shape. Don't you love it when things work out like that? :)
Finally, a focal point!
