I forgot to start the thread last night -- I went to sleep with a headache around 7:30pm and slept clear through (on the couch, practically unmoving) until 9am today! Guess I really needed that snooze. That and my body kinda closed down to mull over that heavy, greasy (and good) fast-food I wasn't used to!

I can relate to this one so much. I came from a church which was really big into the flashy signs and adrenaline rush, and for a long time I equated that with feeling God working in my life. He's showing me that He's working on the inside of me, not necessarily always the outside. And He is more likely to speak to me in the quiet than in the shouts. Good stuff.
I'm drinking my water and puttering in the yard this afternoon - long as the rain holds off.
