Jealous of Members with Blooms...

Gaithersburg, MD(Zone 7a)

Okay - I admit it...I'm jealous of those who have blooms already. My evening lows in zone 7 are too cold put put my precious few brugs at risk (toasted two tomato plants last week. I submit for your enjoyment a photo from last fall. I purchased it from Wayside Gardens labeled as an Arborea hybrid. Wonderful evening scent. Enjoy!

Nice picture Brugmeister. The weather will break soon and you'll have blooms too.Don't they smell great.

The shape of the flower is beautiful but..... it is not a arborea hybrid. It is probably B. suaveolens - hybrid and seems to have a wide corolla.

Nice color and a great picture. Would be one that I'd like too.

A lovely picture

Oh another beauty...nice colorations. That does it I'm moving south for the fall to Kyle's, mid summer to Cala's greenhouse, early summer to Jeanne's and Liz's and to Monika's for the summer. I wanna see a real flower soon.

Thanks for your comments. I do have some cuttings and I'm pleased to share them. Some are rooted and others are rooting now. I'd like to do trades since my collection consists of only 5 varieties. I'll honor requests in the order they were made until I'm out. Send me email and I'll make arrangements.

If I have more requests than cuttings then I'll post a nice photo of another great and very fragrant var I received last year. (I have cuttings for it too).

Regards,
Alan
