Pursuit....First off...a HUGE welcome to the best darn site on the web!! Secondly...I moved to Arizona two years ago....from Homosassa...and we have a very nice couple of our members that are "snowbirds" in your home town of Spring Hill...see Kikisdad (Dave and Ethel)...they might have already returned to their home "up north", but maybe not. Also, our member Sami lives in Homosassa...you need to go meet her and Bob. Now, about your tree....I don't know what it is...but I am not too smart anyway, but someone on here will know...post it in eiter Plant ID...or Trees and Shrubs....lots of smart folks there. LOL Just jump righht in, and visit all the forums...you'll get to know us really quick!! Jo

Well, now I know where the California wscapees are escaping too! Welcome to DG from someone who is still in California.

Welcome, welcome Bob!! Oh boy, do I like a man with a sense of humour!! I can just imagine you and Wintergreen getting together!! He's a transplanted Scotsman living in Germany and uses the word 'wee' a lot but we love him!! That poor tree, it must like you so much couldn't bear to be parted from you. I am not acquainted with the flora and fauna in your neck of the woods and still getting to know what's growing here in the US, especially in my little corner. I'm having the greatest of fun, armed with an identification book and trying to side-step the critters and insects, also fascinating!! Originally from England but home is where my garden is!! :-)

Thanks Jo for the welcome. I will repost to the other location. Must have really been enthused and rushed to post without reading the directions!

Zany you do get around. Thanks for your welcome and assist in my misplaced post!

I can see you Louisa with magnifying glass in hand working your way through the woods checking out all the critters and greenery! Thats all good! Thanks for the welcome and after my rocky start things are beginning to focus better! Good day to you! Bob

And a good day to you too Bob!! Magnifying glass might be just the answer since these aging eyes are not what they used to be!! :-)
