Anyone use MicroSoft Photo Editor?

Shheeshh...I don't know why but for some reason all my pics (whether from my camera or a download from a site) are all going to Photo Editor. In the past I just saved everything to "My Documents" and they simply were saved as "jpg" files. With this Microsoft PhotoEditor barging into the place all of a sudden I find I can't re-size my pics! (Have tried it...it's like the pictures are locked into whatever size they were when I downloaded them.) Also, when they are in Photo Editor and I click print, more often that not the printer just throws out a blank page, OR the picture is so minute I can barely see it. When given the page to change the pixels or inches it does so on the screen but the pic it either blurry or stretched.
I was thinking of deleting the program and learn how to get this set up like it used to be, even if I send everything to my Kodak pic files...problem is when I try to delete it I can't find it. It is not listed under Add/Remove.
Anyone have any ideas on this. What to do what to do...
