Plants questions

Hi;
I have a question about a couple plants I have in my greenhouse now. 1) How do I treat my citrus, I'm not sure if it is an orange or a grape fruit. But I want to get it to grow as big as I can in a container, any hints??
2) I have an Aloe, not sure the correct name but this one is large and grows in a roset, how do I get is to bloom??

Sorry I missed this post, Tom. I do have citrus trees but I have them growing in the yard. I have a book on citrus trees that talks about growing in containers. Let me go do some reading about this and I'll post what I find out. :)
