Howdy, one and all. How are you today? If I'd put on some 50's music today, I'd have been "sweatin' to the oldies", because it was HOT out! I can't believe it's this warm and humid in April. Right now it's so nice and cool out, but our box fan died and we have no way to pull that wonderful air through our house. It's too early to put the central air on, too....Sigh.
We did well today, diet-wise, and plan to continue on tomorrow. We can do this, all of us.
