Help Please!!!!!!

Newark, OH(Zone 5a)

I have 2 brug cuttings, that's all I have :(
But anyway, I transplanted them into a big pot and put them outside. I first put them outside for a few days during the day so they could adjust to the weather and brought them in at night but it's been really hot the last couple of days and now the leaves look all wilted and lifeless. Are they dying. Someone please help as I don't want to loose the only 2 that I have :(

They are probably just sunburned,I moved mine out and some are burned ,others are fine,I just ripped off the burned leaves an new ones will grow that are use to the sun...

thanks, I hope that's all that is wrong. Should I put them in the shade? Would that be better or do they grow better in the sun?
Does anyone have any spare cuttings that they wouldn't mind parting with? :)
I would love to have just a couple more

thanks for helping crestedchik

Flo, I would agree with Irish...I put mine out in the sun today and leaves drooped but had plenty of water so I moved them to shade and they perked back up! In my opinion as I am not an expert brug grower but experienced with other plants that you have to adjust them to sunlight too a little at a time!

Thanks for starting this thread Flowox. I only have one so far, and I would have been heartbroken if mine did that too. Mine I grew from seed, and he's still pretty little. I haven't been able to put mine outside yet, as it's still too cold, but I think when it warms up more, I'll start with putting it in the shade for a few hours a day first. Then gradually work him up to a little sun, a little at a time. Will this work? They do grow in full sun, eventually, don't they?

Cloudy days are always a good time to move plants out too.

The first few times they are outside, they will droop really bad. They usually adjust in a day or two and quit wilting.
