Need help

I've been running really slow lately. I went to the shebly site that gardenwife suggested for someone else and realized that i have quite a few programs (?) that run at start up.
i installed startupcop and found that i had something called TimeSink Ad Client. after looking into it furter i found that it is a spyware program installed by an unknown website that i had gone to. I think it may be from when i downloaded pkunzip.
anyway, got that removed (i hope) but i have other ones that i cant find out what they are. any help would be appreciated.
