Looking for Ranunculus any color

TraciS and I saw these at Wal-Mart the other day and I simply fell in love with them!!! A bit expensive though, so I thought I would ask here and see if anyone had any that I could get for postage? Anyone?? Please??!!!

I have some but you would have to wait till mine bloomed so I could remember where they are. Would be glad to share some with you later.

!!!! Plantnutz you scared me there for a second! I thought, now how would she know about the East-West Connector??!!! and Austell???!! Then I realized where you were from. I have family that lives up that way in Powder Springs but usually when I go up there it's just to visit them and not go shopping. Maybe I can get my sister to pick me up some when she goes out there. She's not a flower person so she would be totally lost LOL might better make a special trip myself huh?!

Mollybee, went to Walmart on E/W today and they had pots of bloomin Ranunculus and boy are they gorgeous!!!!! Sure hope mine come up. Brenda

Aren't they?!!! I fell in love with them at our VR Walmart too..but I just can't see paying that much for them ya know what I mean? seems like they were like $7. and it was a fairly small pot too. But if I don't have any more luck finding them here, I might just have to sweet talk DH into buying me one. I think they use to be fairly common plants when I was growing up and all, but I don't remember liking them this much!! lol

I bought some at our Lowe's today and.....sit down...I paid $0.89 for a package of 10 bulbs. They already have their bulbs/bare root plants at 50% off. I bought a gob of stuff (mostly to sell on ebay or trade). Can't go wrong with a price like that.

Just curious...what are your plans for May 18th? I'm having some DG folks over for a plant swap and you are most certainly invited. I'll set aside a package of these if you want them.

O similin! you lucky thang!!! I can't ever seem to hit them sales at just the right time.

Let me see what dh is planning, I think his family has a reunion in May, so let me see what the date is. I will surely let you know though, and Thanks for the invite!! O and yes please do save me some bulbs!
Hey are you going to send out exact map directions?? or you could just e me and I can do a map search, and get driving directions. what do you think, 3 hours? to get there?? that is what I am figuring.

Ok, this package is yours. :) One way or another, I'll make sure you get it.

It takes us about 2 - 2 1/2 hours to get to Atlanta from here, so that may help you judge it. Gee, we're practically neighbors. :)

As soon as May arrives, I'll see who is going to be coming and I'll email specific info on how to get here and such.
