Sever Sisters Pink Rose climber *Cuttings*
Chocolate Vine *Cuttings*
Looking for cutting of perennials that can grow in zone 8. Send me you list. I never know what I would be interested in. I would love some bearded irises if possible. I am currently rooting All of the above if you want to wait for rooted cuttings.
Daisy
Have the following for trade
If you would like some tb purple bitone iris, or a shorter bitone yellow, I have them but the yellow will need to wait until fall to be moved. I have some of the purple that I had to move to build the porch, and it needs a loving home.
I have some iris to trade, but I don't know the color as I just picked it up on the side of the road here in our neighborhood. It has finished blooming, so kind of tough to tell what's what. If you are interested, I can send a good amount if I cut back the foliage. Also, I'd prefer your elephant ear in trade rather than any of the cuttings you mentioned (if it's still available).
Hi Aimee and smiln32,
You both have mail!
Daisy
I'd simply LOVE some of your wisteria! Is it a Milletia spp.? Here's my trade list. http://www.moment.net/~wingnut/tradepage.htm Let me know if there's anything on there that you want. If you want more than one or two things, we can work out a trade for more things ~ not a problem. But I would dearly love one of your wisteria! And I'd be willing to wait for a rooted one ~ I'm not a pro at rooting yet and don't want to take a chance on something that sounds so lovely as "Summer Wine" evergreen wisteria!! Let me know!
Sent email, but it failed because "recipient has reached disk quota". What is chocolate vine?
Hi Aimee!
Gosh I have no idea what is going on my server (SWBELL) I have not been able to get any of emails. I emptied all of my emails from the trash bin and I still can't get this thing to work. I'm calling my ISP today to find out what is going on.
In the mean time. Chocolate vine is Akebia Quinata a wonderful vine with five finger leaves and tiny purple blooms that turn into fruit that taste like tapioca. Its hard to zone 3 so therefor its evergreen here in zone 8.
Let know by responding here if you want to trade due to my email problems.
Thanks,
Daisy
did you get my second email?
Oh, I love to try your wysteria and chocolate vine cuttings. I can wait for them to root. Check my page out. LMK
Penny
Daisy,I tried to email you too and got that message back.I gotta find something to trade for the Akebia!
For a quick reply, let it be known that I am agreeable to whatever you said in email, and I will go back there to be sure I get it right. I would love chocolate vine, and you shall receive iris. Let me know when your email is working, so I can give you the details on this historic iris and some others you might want. You can get my address from Flowox's list if you're on it. Otherwise, we will have to figure out a way to get it to you, or maybe you can just wait until the iris arrives and then send the vine. Please save me some!
Daisy: I would be interested in two rooted cuttings of the seven sisters rose and 1 akeba [chocolate vine]. I have a lovely light lavender iris. Can tempt you with blackberry lily, hello yello blackberry lily, lavender charm veronica, blue charm veronica, cypress spurge, ravenna grass, red bee balm, light lavender bee balm. These would be rooted plants in exchange.
Hi Daisy,
I tried to email you but it was returned saying your disk was full??? I would love some of your Chocolate vine and Weigelia. I have iris(unknown color) and butterfly bushes besides the perinnials I have listed on my trade page. Let me know what youu think.
Jackie

Hi All!
I have found out that I have to many emails coming to one box so I created a new mail box for Dave's Garden freinds only. I have made changes tomy account so if you click on send me an email you will automatically get to my new email address. Or just sent flwrjnki@swbell.net. The wwclub@swbell.net box is still good but please try to use them one so I don't have the flooding problems I have had recently.
Thanks,
Daisy
